John Cotton Nonwovens Division is a leading manufacturer of home insulation for the likes of recognised brands such as B&Q. We produce both natural and synthetic alternatives and have over 12 years’ experience in this sector. Using our long standing and trusted airlaying and carding lines, we are able to produce superior nonwoven constructions, suited perfectly as home insulation materials.

Our technical expertise and UKAS accredited laboratory enable us to develop and appraise new products using our thermal measuring equipment.

With an array of fibres to hand and a wealth of experience, the Nonwovens Division will continue to develop and innovate products in this market area.
