In November 2016, John Cotton commissioned a state of the art high performance polyester wadding line worth an investment of £2.5 million. This line has provided us with the ability to produce the UK’s first monobloc cot mattress core, allowing us to compete with the foam market and deliver exceptional fibrous products into beds and upholstery markets.
